You can return most* merchandise for credit or refund within thirty (30) days of item delivery. Items may not be returned after thirty (30) days past their delivery date.

Custom orders can not be returned

Any returns must be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased, with all parts and accessories intact and unused.​

All non-defective items returned for refund including canceled orders are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, 3% processing fee, and all shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.

Items demonstrating a defect within thirty (30) days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. In those cases, Kraken Designs will issue a prepaid return shipping label (continental US returns only). Please note that items can be deemed defective only by Kraken Designs.

Items returned as “defective”, which are found to be not defective, will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return shipping label is provided, the address included will be the original location the item was shipped to.

Shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.
